“Several days before Christmas my 21 year old gas furnace decided to not function. I called All Temp in Milford, MA which I have used for many years to service my furnace and central air conditioner and they came to the house and got the furnace going and said It needed a new part to keep it running, which they put in the next day. The furnace did work but only for a few days. I called the owner of All Temp, Bob and he told me they were all booked up until January 2nd. Bob told me the cost of the project and I agreed to have it done on the second of January. The crew of four arrived at 8:30 AM and we had heat by 1:15 PM.They explained the operation of the new thermostat and left us to enjoy having heat. I called the next morning and asked if someone could come by and explain the operation of the new thermostat which they did.They left their work area clean and neat and shut off all the lights and locked the bulkhead .I would recommend All Temp to anyone looking for good service and good products.“

“Rich and his team are fantastic. Our hot water heater burst, water everywhere and no hot water at 5 am on a Saturday! I called the number listed, just hoping for any response later in the morning. By 8 am not only did I have a response but Rich had dropped off the replacement heater on his way to another job. I know we weren’t first on the list, so I assumed maybe our hot water heater could be fixed by Monday. Even though it was late in the day, when Rich arrive to replace the heater, he did. Same day! Rich is kind and understanding that people don’t want to live without their hot water! He worked after his normal business hours to make sure the job was done and to our satisfaction. Given that it was the weekend, we did pay a premium. But, the fact that we had hot water back within the same day was worth a little extra we had to pay. It was still reasonable based on what I’ve heard from friends and neighbors, after the fact. “The electricians that came out to install a new level 2 charger for my electric vehicle were on time, courteous and the job was completed in the time window estimated at the initial inspection. The reason for only 4 stars is that the electrician was not will trained on electrical vehicle charging current limits and breaker settings. Though when we were initially talking about the job on arrival I time him the reason I had purchased a hardwired EVSE was that I wanted to have access to the full 48 amp charging rate my car (Chevrolet Bolt EUV) can use. That would require a 60 amp breaker. If you use an EVSE with a plug, then you are limited to a 50 amp breaker and can only charge at a max of 40 amps (80% rule).However, when the job was done, I noticed there was only a 50 amp breaker added. The electrician initially tried to tell me that was indeed the right one, but when I politely pointed out the above limitations, he agreed to look in the manual again. After verifying the manufacturers instructions matched my understanding, he was able to swap out the breakers (which were fortunately stocked in the truck).I would suggest that Rodenhiser invest in some additional staff training to help ensure that the electricians sent out on these jobs are more familiar with the equipment, amp levels, etc. Electric Vehicles aren't new anymore, so please help ensure your staff are ready and able to install this type of equipment.“
