I had a new HVAC and Mini Split install to replace a 22+ year old system in my home. From the initial meeting and quote from Todd to the install with Matt, Randy and Mitch (also the plumbers Matt and Mike), Santon was excellent! They were fantastic to work with! They explained everything to me, were patient with my questions, and very pleasant from start to finish, and this was a 3 day job!
Jake in the office was also a HUGE help with all the Mass Save paperwork and rebate info. He was also very patient with all my questions and helped me a great deal!
