Our water heater broke and I called Sean early Saturday morning. He returned my call within 15 minutes and came to our house very quickly. Within 30 minutes, he had begun to empty the old water heater and went to purchase a new heater. The work was done quickly and we had water before noon. He was very professional and his work was very good quality. I would recommend Sean to anyone looking for a plumber, and we intend to call him the next time we have a plumbing problem.

I have used McNiff Plumbing for a variety of issues over the past several years since I moved to Marlborough. The owner Sean has been extremely knowledgeable and efficient every time. Finding a reliable and fair tradesman can be challenging so it’s great to know if I have plumbing or HVAC issues I don’t need to worry. My boiler stopped working recently and Sean was able to come out in a matter of hours and get everything back up and running extremely fast.

I've used McNiff Plumbing and Heating services a few times now and I know I've found my plumber. I was in need of an emergency service and Sean fit me in right away. I'd previously been told part of my basement floor would need to be dug up to get to a broken pipe. Sean was able to fix it in just a few hours without digging anything up and no major mess.He shows up when he says he's going to!!! He's professional, honest and straight forward when he diagnoses the job and was quick to get started on the repairs. As he was leaving he noticed my basement railing was loose and needed to be secured back onto my wall so he grabbed a drill from his truck and fixed it up quick...read full review
