“Drew was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. I really appreciated how honest and straightforward he was about the issue and what needed to be done. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was just genuinely pleasant to work with and made a stressful situation much easier. Heritage is lucky to have him. Thank you, Drew!”
“I’ve used Gervais Mechanical for my last few oil burner services. I’ve been very happy and my heating system has performed much better since switching to them. Matt, the technician was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend.
Edit: 2 years later, I am still using Gervais and my equipment is still running great. Recently Shane did our yearly service and I was impressed with his expertise and professionalism.”
“Nick & Jomar have been here for 2 days replacing the furnace & A/C unit; awesome job! I work from home and never would have known they were downstairs! They were on time and kept me informed as to the progress and completed the job in the timeframe we were quoted. I would definitely recommend McDonald for your heating and A/C needs! I will be adding them to my preferred vendors list for my clients!”
