Rich and his team are fantastic. Our hot water heater burst, water everywhere and no hot water at 5 am on a Saturday! I called the number listed, just hoping for any response later in the morning. By 8 am not only did I have a response but Rich had dropped off the replacement heater on his way to another job. I know we weren’t first on the list, so I assumed maybe our hot water heater could be fixed by Monday. Even though it was late in the day, when Rich arrive to replace the heater, he did. Same day! Had a water heater burst during peak winter weather. Rich was able to come out and help not only fix the water heater but address a few other issues that might have lead to its demise. Very professional and made sure to explain everything in ways that I understood. Cant thank him enough. Highly recommended!
