Our water heater was leaking and it was late, when we called to see if someone could come out we were given a 2 hour window for help. Jordan came in just about 30 minutes. Helped us stop the leaking, drain the water heater, carefully went over all of our options for replacement and costs. He was friendly, empathetic, kind, and super knowledgeable. He came back first thing in the morning with Corey for back up. He helped us get our financing all in order and had the new unit installed, new line pines, shut offs installed, and carefully went over everything to know with us all within just a couple hours. We received a reminder text the day before our appointment followed up with a phone call alerting us that the technician would arrive within the hour. DJ arrived shortly after to do the maintenance on our mini split system. He was courteous and kept me up to date on the status. As always a great experience with Heritage!
