“I highly recommend JV Mechanical without reservation. I had a small water leak on a joint of the water gauge in my cellar. I was able to control the flow by monitoring the drip into a five-gallon can for a day or two but of course this was only a temporary solution; I have been out of the Webster area for forty years and had no idea of the plumbing repair resources available. “Extremely reasonable prices compared to other companies in the area (received some hugely inflated quotes prior) and no pressure from Rocky to commit to a proposal unlike some other companies in the area who were just too pushy.. especially regarding installation of the ductless mini split system. Like the fact that the company is small. Rocky has done work for us before and I have always found him to be trustworthy and honest. Darren and Rodney installed a tankless hot water heater and new steam furnace in December. They completed the work in 2 days and did an absolutely amazing job ,we are extremely pleased with the system ( and our lower gas bill of course !) and will be calling on Fresolo Plumbing without question for any of our plumbing needs in the future. Can't say enough.“

“Sam is an absolute gem of a man who saved me from having no heat in the middle of the winter, and informed me of how badly a different company (ahem McDonald ahem) scammed me before he was able to look my system over. He immediately found the problem, fixed within 20 min, and didn't even let me pay him because he felt so bad about my previous bad experience (hop on over to their page if you're curious about who *not* to hire). Definitely go with Sam's HVAC if you're looking for trustworthy, helpful service with a fair price tag!“
“Called Dave on a Thursday afternoon and got a call back that he would stop by the next morning. Stopped by when he said and looked at the problem of me getting very little cold water out of shower spout. Said right away that it didn't look like a valve issue so he went in the basement and followed the piping to where it went up to the shower, He found the turn off valve connection that had no turn on/off wheel and used pliers to open up the valve (was only partially open). I went back upstairs and tried the shower and got full pressure cold water!!!! I had a big plumbing outfit stop by earlier that day (charged $99 for just checking it out) and he didn't even go in the basement. He said that I needed a new shower valve and shutoff valves and quoted the job at $1525!!!!!! I thought that was a little steep!!!! Dave was here for half hour at the most and charged me only $50. I happily gave him $100!!!! He was very thankful. Great service and would recommend him very highly!!!Services: Plumbing pipe repair“

“A few weeks ago our water heater was leaking badly and we didn't have hot water in the house. It was a Saturday afternoon and I looked on line for plumbers in the area and found Steves company listed. I'm glad I did! He called me back promptly and asked if I could hold off until Sunday morning as he was tied up on another job. I was able to slow the leak until he came by the next day. He took a look at the job an tried his best to make the repairs but could not as the pipes were to rusted to replace. I was unable to find anyplace that I could purchase a new LP water heater in that short of time. Steve stopped the leak at no charge and recommended that we convert to an energy efficient electric unit. He provided a quote and also recommended an electrician that was needed to hook up the new water heater. He walked us thru every step of the process, showed up when he promised and all in all did a great job! He's a true professional in his trade and an overall nice guy! Thanks for a job well done Steve! I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services in their home.“
