“A few weeks ago our water heater was leaking badly and we didn't have hot water in the house. It was a Saturday afternoon and I looked on line for plumbers in the area and found Steves company listed. I'm glad I did! He called me back promptly and asked if I could hold off until Sunday morning as he was tied up on another job. I was able to slow the leak until he came by the next day. He took a look at the job an tried his best to make the repairs but could not as the pipes were to rusted to replace. I was unable to find anyplace that I could purchase a new LP water heater in that short of time. Steve stopped the leak at no charge and recommended that we convert to an energy efficient electric unit. He provided a quote and also recommended an electrician that was needed to hook up the new water heater. He walked us thru every step of the process, showed up when he promised and all in all did a great job! He's a true professional in his trade and an overall nice guy! It was wonderful working with Ben Martell from Control point! I was having trouble changing my HVAC filter and he came to our condo to help us out. He kindly showed us how to use, it bringing a new filter just in case we did not have one. After this he took the time to carefully check out our indoor and outdoor HVAC system, check the temperature of the heating from the vents and the thermostat too. He also made me aware of some products that could make our HVAC and hot water heater safer and last longer. He also offered a deal that helped me to schedule and pay for the the next maintenance service in an easier way. He thought of everything! Ben was also super kind, friendly, helpful and took the time to explain things and asked if there was anything else we needed. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines such technical skill with genuine kindness and professionalism. I received quotes from different contractors for my mini splits, I could not be happier that I chose JV Mechanical!!  From the start, Nekelle was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. She came to my house for the estimate and actually listened to what I wanted, gave suggestions on where to put units, most importantly didn’t try to sell me anything more than I needed, took her time and she was extremely honest, which I appreciated!  She didn’t pressure me to make a decision, she responded so quickly to all my emails and helped me through the process of the heat loan, payment, etc. She was very patient as she knows it’s a large expense and a big decision…  She had the answer to every question I had ( I had a lot), explained the whole process to me.  She also didn’t promise me un-realistic deadlines for the install. Also, she knew I was getting multiple quotes, but that didn’t stop her from responding to me quickly and helping me.

I did a lot of research before I called for quotes and there was one thing in particular that I read companies should do to ensure the proper sizing for the system and I believe it was called a load test;  Nekelle was the only one who did that!

Nisa scheduled my install appointment very quick and was she wonderful! She also answered all my questions and was very professional! Nisa, thank you for being so quick and great with my install date, I appreciate it!

The install techs were wonderful! Kyle was great- Quick, efficient, pleasant and clean, what more could you want!!

“Hunter and Austin were fantastic - Landry always has good people that do high quality efficient work. This all being said - $765 to snake a drain and replace the tailpiece with pop up seems a bit on the high side to me. They were here for about 2 hours and figure the material was about 50 bucks…
