38 Montvale Ave Suite G-60, Stoneham“I had such an incredible experience with Laura! I was welcomed with hug and immediately felt completely at ease. She took the time to do a very thorough complimentary assessment, and delved into why I wasn’t prioritizing me. She listened to my goals and throughly assessed how my body moves. Laura was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me improve.
This was a real Pilates session. The workout itself was amazing—challenging but totally approachable. She gave clear guidance, made personalized adjustments, and made sure I understood the purpose behind each movement. I left feeling stronger, definitely more aligned, and honestly excited about my progress after just one session.
I was so impressed that I immediately signed up for a series of classes, and I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing. If you’re thinking about trying Pilates or want an instructor who knows the human body and truly cares and knows what they’re doing, I can’t recommend her enough!“
“I have severe neuropathy and dropped feet. I had been wearing AFO braces for three years. My leg muscles were gone. I needed help. I found Chi at Clientel3 and things changed almost overnight. I've stopped wearing the braces. I am walking, granted slowly because my feel still drop and I am prone to tripping, but what a difference! My attitude and confidence are up also. I continue to work on it and expect to continue to improve. Chi and his team are the BEST!“
“JPPilates is everything that boutique fitness should be at its best, and then some. I've been a JPP client since moving to Charlestown in 2024 and immediately fell in love with Jenn's classes and studio. Since opening her new studio, Jenn has expanded her offerings and instructor roster, and the quality of instruction, warmth, and vibes that make JPP what it is have remained top notch. Jenn, Ali, and Lauren are incredible. Jenn and her team are intentional about what this space is about: it is beautiful, it is welcoming, it is focused on good form, it is about having fun and working hard, and it is about community. It's no surprise JPP was voted Best of Boston. I feel so fortunate to have JPP right in my neighborhood but wouldn't hesitate to travel here even if it wasn't, and I still need to try the new instructors who've joined the talented team.“

If you have chronic lower back pain, you may want to try Healthy Changes Pilates’s. You will not be disappointed.“

825a Washington St, Newton“Working with Olga Kaltsou has been one of the most positive healthcare experiences I have ever had. From the very first appointment, she created an environment where I felt comfortable, respected, and genuinely heard. Her calm demeanor, compassion, and professionalism immediately put me at ease during what can often be a very personal and vulnerable type of treatment.
Olga has an exceptional ability to combine technical expertise with genuine empathy. She takes the time to listen carefully, explain her findings in a clear and understandable way, and develop a treatment plan that feels thoughtful and individualized. I never felt rushed, and every question or concern was met with patience and understanding.
What stands out most is her ability to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. She approaches each session with kindness, encouragement, and a sincere commitment to helping her patients improve their quality of life. Her knowledge is impressive, but it is her compassion and dedication that truly set her apart.
If you are looking for a pelvic floor therapist who is highly skilled, attentive, and deeply caring, I can recommend Olga Kaltsou without hesitation. She has made a meaningful difference in my journey, and I am grateful for the expertise, support, and confidence she has provided along the way.“

Through a combination of dry needling with Fay, massage therapy with Yinh, and the Zoom pilates sessions I finally got rid of tension I'd had in my back for over 10 years. The sessions at Boston Back Rehab is the best solution I have found that has helped me alleviate my back pain. Thank you!“

16 Elm St, Cambridge“I've been working with Helena almost 2 years now, after getting frustrated that group pilates did not help with my lower back and neck problems. Helena spends significant time understanding my body, and this even helped uncover a health condition I hadn't known about.
She's very patient and an excellent teacher. She's never judged me for my lack of attunement with my body. She encourages me to understand movement, and the change on my body has been incredible: my back is the happiest it's been for somebody sitting on a computer chair all day.
A fair warning: if you want a class where you can get away with just going through the motions without engaging the right muscles, she's not for you. She'll notice, and she'll expect you to do it properly. I did over five years of pilates before her without improving. It wasn't until she corrected me and poked every muscle to check it was actually engaged that things finally started to change.“

50 Leonard St #201, Belmont“This studio is the BEST place. Not only for Pilates but for community, mental clarity, and self growth.
Kirstin, the owner, is a wonderful person and phenomenal at her craft. The depths of her wisdom know no limits. Every single time I work with her I progress and learn something new. She takes time with each individual to deeply listen and understand their challenges and goals. Working with her, I have made huge strides in finding ease in my body as well as regulating my nervous system. What you learn in this studio can translate into helping in every part of your life. This is not your average Pilates studio, it is lifestyle enhancing.
All of the instructors train with Kirstin and therefore you can access the vast body of her knowledge working with anyone. I started by working with a trainee, which was fantastic for helping me to establish my practice, and the skill level for a trainee is top notch. You can’t go wrong working with anybody on the team.
I would give this studio 10 stars if I could!“

You can’t beat the location!“

17 Arlington St, Boston“Boston Body Pilates is an amazing studio ! I’ve been a client for many years and taken classes and work privately with Yelena ! She is so amazing at listening to what is going on with my body, my goals and completely customizes our sessions around me. I really feel cared for and special. Yelena really takes care of her private session clients to make sure you are in proper form and getting the most out of your Pilates practice. Her class is also amazing !! She kicks my butt! Love this studio and the people who go there. The community is wonderful! I highly recommend it !“
“The Pilates Lab is one of the most practical investments I make in myself, and I think almost anyone would benefit, whether you're recovering from an injury, trying to move better in your sport, or just want to maintain your body as you age.
I came to Sonja nine years ago in my mid-20s with rib pain, and she changed how I understand my body. What sets The Pilates Lab apart is the quality of instruction and how deeply the instructors listen to your history, your goals, and the specifics of how your body moves. Sonja notices details of my alignment in Zoom sessions that would be impressive to catch even in person. What I learn here shows up everywhere: my posture, my yoga practice, my weightlifting form, even my tennis swing.
Over the years I've also worked with Erin (through my pregnancy) and now Katharine. Each of them brings the same thoughtful, problem-solving approach. I leave every session feeling taller than when I walked in.
The care extends beyond the session itself. Andrea at the front desk is genuinely helpful navigating a busy schedule, and the shared space with Khalsa Chiropractic means the instructors can coordinate with my chiropractor, Dr. Morrissey Posner, when helpful (with my permission).“

978 Watertown St, Newton“I highly recommend The Body Center Pilates Studio. It is a Woman and privately owned Studio, where Erin, the Owner and an Instructor, truly cares about her Clients, their satisfaction. She is purposeful in increasing her Clients strength with each class. I have been a studio member (8 classes/month) for over 8 months, and with Erins' help, I have increased my core strength 10 fold and counting.
Erin, is a superb, experienced Pilates instructor who makes every class both fun and challenging. She methodically talks her students through every position while explaining how each move strengthens, open and stretches each muscle group. I have also met alot of new Pilates friends and highly recommend this Studio.“
