Studio Poise instructors have an incredible ability to motivate and communicate well. Love that they are personable, knowledgeable and genuine. I came back after almost a year and was pleasantly surprised with the renovations in the studio. It looks beautiful! I also enjoy and appreciate the great variety of classes and schedules.

Kristine’s yoga classes were exactly what I needed, especially during the pandemic. She is fun, engaging and relatable, making for an amazing, welcoming environment. Kristine is super knowledgeable about each pose, providing clear verbal cues (crucial during a time when no hands on assists were allowed)making sure everyone is doing them safely and that modifications are offered.

Energy level is always on 100All staff (and other members) are friendly and welcoming of all fitness levels and abilitiesCurrent Covid life situation: studio is 1000% clean & sanitary 100% of the time, I feel safe and that all precautions and safety measures are being takenPlenty of variety of classes to choose fromVariety of instructors as well, variety of teaching styles (although all follow same basic "SP" style, each one has distinct personality and teaching style) ex: poise method classes are all following suit, but each one is different in delivery. Never gets boring!I could go on and on and ON!!!!
