As a 55 year-old, tall man, with perennially tight hamstrings, Pilates has been life changing and Nina is one of the best instructors I’ve had. She is classically trained, but not so rigid as to be doctrinaire in her approach. She has experimented with different techniques to help me improve my core strength and overall flexibility, with great results.
