We decided to get more plumbing work done which included replacing 5 old shutoff valves, removing the garbage disposal and putting in new drain/waste pvc, a new sink flange, and two new union traps. Rick was our technician, and was great to work with! He was very professional, polite, and gave us a ton of good advice. He answered all our questions and didn't try to upsell us on anything. “A few weeks ago our water heater was leaking badly and we didn't have hot water in the house. It was a Saturday afternoon and I looked on line for plumbers in the area and found Steves company listed. I'm glad I did! He called me back promptly and asked if I could hold off until Sunday morning as he was tied up on another job. I was able to slow the leak until he came by the next day. He took a look at the job an tried his best to make the repairs but could not as the pipes were to rusted to replace. I was unable to find anyplace that I could purchase a new LP water heater in that short of time. Steve stopped the leak at no charge and recommended that we convert to an energy efficient electric unit. He provided a quote and also recommended an electrician that was needed to hook up the new water heater. He walked us thru every step of the process, showed up when he promised and all in all did a great job! He's a true professional in his trade and an overall nice guy!
