“Tony took care of a whole bunch of issues for us -- we primarily needed help connecting our gas dryer, but since they price by the job, I asked if we could also get quotes for fixing a garbage disposal, running water to our refrigerator, and taking a look at a small leak, and we ended up having him address all of these. He also took a look at our older water heater for us and advised us on what to look out for, rather than pushing us to replace it right away, which we really appreciated. Overall I found Blue Owl and Tony responsive and easy to work with, and will likely use their services again!“

“Review updated 03/18/2024 with before/after photos of my DREAM master bathroom. DREAMS REALLY DO COME TRUE WITH ABW!!!I am SO HAPPY I chose American Bath Works for my bathroom renovation projects!!! Lester, the owner of ABW, has worked closely with me to design my dream bathrooms and provided me multiple custom renderings to visualize the renovated spaces.I received quotes from a couple other remodeling companies who quoted me significantly higher prices for much, much more limited selections. With ABW, you are paying for the labor and related materials (very reasonably priced). The products going into the bathrooms (tile, vanities, tub, showerheads, etc.) you get to shop for/pick out from any store you want - which takes some time on your end but not only leads to the most customization options possible but also leads to HUGE cost savings compared to the limited selections offered by the other companies I received quotes from. Lester will be more than happy to help you with this process; I know it can be overwhelming to pick out stuff individually but trust me it is WORTH IT! (No joke, the other quotes I got - for just one non-master bathroom - totaled an amount nearly equaling the amount I paid ABW for TWO bathrooms, 1 of which is the master).I have attached a photo of the before/after (almost done, see note below) of the 1st bathroom ABW remodeled (they are currently working on a 2nd!). I am in LOVE and everyone who has seen this newly renovated bathroom is amazed by the beautiful work and craftsmanship. Please note: The after photo is really an almost after (the cord under the mirror is gone and the ceiling light/fan is installed, we just need to paint and have the shower door company come install the custom fabricated glass). You can see in the before photo there is a wall/door separating the vanities from the toilet and shower; we had that knocked out so now it's one spacious room! (One of the other companies I got a quote from acted like knocking down that wall was a herculean task that would cost enormous bucks they couldn't calculate on the spot...none of that nonsense with ABW!)Lester will provide you several recommendations for companies to work with (like shower glass door company, bathroom supply, etc), and you ultimately get to decide what works best for you to make your bathroom dreams come true!I CANNOT RECOMMEND ABW HIGHLY ENOUGH!!! Like the fact that the company is small. Rocky has done work for us before and I have always found him to be trustworthy and honest. Darren and Rodney installed a tankless hot water heater and new steam furnace in December. They completed the work in 2 days and did an absolutely amazing job ,we are extremely pleased with the system ( and our lower gas bill of course !) and will be calling on Fresolo Plumbing without question for any of our plumbing needs in the future. “Called Dave on a Thursday afternoon and got a call back that he would stop by the next morning. Stopped by when he said and looked at the problem of me getting very little cold water out of shower spout. Said right away that it didn't look like a valve issue so he went in the basement and followed the piping to where it went up to the shower, He found the turn off valve connection that had no turn on/off wheel and used pliers to open up the valve (was only partially open). I went back upstairs and tried the shower and got full pressure cold water!!!! I had a big plumbing outfit stop by earlier that day (charged $99 for just checking it out) and he didn't even go in the basement. He said that I needed a new shower valve and shutoff valves and quoted the job at $1525!!!!!! I thought that was a little steep!!!! Dave was here for half hour at the most and charged me only $50. I happily gave him $100!!!! He was very thankful. Great service and would recommend him very highly!!!Services: Plumbing pipe repair“
