Had a leaking tub/shower spout/diverter valve. Tech replaced this spout. He was knowledgeable, friendly and replaced the unit quickly. I was surprised at the labor costs - over $700 for work he did in less than an hour.
GEM saved me by coming right away when I had an emergency on a holiday weekend. They did not charge me through the nose, did the job and were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them!
Great service. Timely response and got the job done. It’s on the pricey side but that’s expected given their quick response time. Joe was particularly good and have had him out twice on our property. Thanks!
