I can’t say enough about our service experience with HPHC. Especially our technician Daniel!! We have an old, some may say ancient, unit that is notoriously difficult to service. On top of that our heat wasn’t working at all! After coming across every possible curve ball our furnace could have to thrown at him Daniel got us up and running… only for the control board to go 5 min later. (Did I mention our furnace is old and temperamental? ?) Daniel was so attentive and thoughtful. He was concerned about keeping the house warm for my 1yr old and was able to temporarily fix it for the night and came back FIRST thing the next morning with a new control panel. I have been a Harwich Heating & Cooling customer for more than five years and found their team to be knowledgeable, responsive, and very focused on great customer service. They installed my whole house generator and have serviced my HVAC system, providing honest and reasonably priced yearly tune ups. They have also helped with minor problems under warranty as well. Have had Harwich Port Heating & Cooling replace complete HVAC system this year. Have also had electrical repairs done. The technicians have been very knowledgeable, neat and efficient. Company responds promptly to calls for scheduling and lets you know when technician will arrive. We have been very pleased with all their services.
