He assessed the problem and gave me a price before he started. It took him about 15 minutes to get it cleared and gave me some tips on using a lent catcher. We decided to get more plumbing work done which included replacing 5 old shutoff valves, removing the garbage disposal and putting in new drain/waste pvc, a new sink flange, and two new union traps. Rick was our technician, and was great to work with! He was very professional, polite, and gave us a ton of good advice. He answered all our questions and didn't try to upsell us on anything. I live in a fairly large garden-style condo complex, and should I need work done, it must always be by a licensed professional. Bobby helped me with the installation of a hot water heater, a toilet, and a dishwasher. Every detail in each process was done with great care.
