Dylan MacCallum was terrific! He clearly, patiently, and completely answered all of our questions, explaining our options and their pros and cons, and then got to work replacing our water heater while also reconfiguring the system to be more user friendly and safer! Once the work was completed, he thoroughly went through all of the steps of the installation with us, again patiently answering our questions.
