We recently called for emergency service for a furnace that wouldn’t kick on. After calling 10 companies for emergency service, 4 called back, all of which turned us away because we were not existing customers. I received a call from a technician within an hour of calling Gervais, and from that point on a technician arrived within the hour to repair our furnace. Gideon was an excellent technician. He took the time to speak to us about what the issue was, give us options for repair, whether we wait until the following day or repair immediately. We decided to have the repairs done right away. My own oil provider put me on a waitlist, and said they were 6 months out for routine cleaning/service. Gervais came out the next day. Giddian was the Service tech, he was phenomenal. He was professional, knowledgeable, and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder asking questions. Left my place spotless and got a lifetime customer!
