“I highly recommend Interstate Plumbing. Jaime came to look at what we thought was a leaking pipe in our basement ceiling as water started dripping suddenly from light fixtures. Jamie came first thing and instead of immediately cutting holes in the ceiling, as many would have done, hunted around and determined the leak was coming from our fridge water line and not a pipe after all. “We have used Propane Plus for almost five years, and no complaints. They are always very helpful, especially over the phone whenever I have a question or concern. When you call, a real person answers, and they always have an easy-to-work-with attitude. One week ago, on a cold December morning, we ran out of propane. This was a first. And while that might seem like a negative, Propane Plus did a great job of remedying the situation. Over the phone they immediately expressed their apologies and assured me that they would have someone out to my house asap. And sure enough, someone was at my door within a couple hours, which I thought was great! On top of that, I just received a personal letter in the mail, reiterating their heartfelt apologies, with a Dunkin Donuts gift card included. This was a nice touch, to say the least. So I just want to publicly say I am pleased with Propane Plus.“

We had a 2 year old son at the time, and Paul was working as a contractor for a different local heating company. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, and my wife was given Paul’s number by the former owner of that local company. Our furnace needed servicing since the burner kept locking out. With the colder weather rolling in (late October/early November), two sons and a baby on way any day, we decided to reach out to Paul directly.He was easy to contact and came in right away to do the cleaning and maintenance, and had replaced a few parts that were not working properly. He was able to keep tabs on how everything was going which gave us such peace of mind.After about 4 years of working with Paul, whether directly or indirectly, has made me a client for life.
