“We have used Propane Plus for almost five years, and no complaints. They are always very helpful, especially over the phone whenever I have a question or concern. When you call, a real person answers, and they always have an easy-to-work-with attitude. One week ago, on a cold December morning, we ran out of propane. This was a first. And while that might seem like a negative, Propane Plus did a great job of remedying the situation. Over the phone they immediately expressed their apologies and assured me that they would have someone out to my house asap. And sure enough, someone was at my door within a couple hours, which I thought was great! On top of that, I just received a personal letter in the mail, reiterating their heartfelt apologies, with a Dunkin Donuts gift card included. This was a nice touch, to say the least. So I just want to publicly say I am pleased with Propane Plus.“
