“I was with tandem vet for a little under 2 years when I got orders to move to hawaii. Well hawaii regulations are apparently very strict on the paperwork required to bring a pet (they need original rabies certificates signed in blue ink). Driving out of state after shipping my car I found this requirement. I called them and they worked with me and went out of their way to get the paperwork mailed overnight to me. Without this I would have had to postpone my flight or had my dog quarantined in hawaii on arival. I want to thank Carie and the rest of the team for their support.”
