I was with tandem vet for a little under 2 years when I got orders to move to hawaii. Well hawaii regulations are apparently very strict on the paperwork required to bring a pet (they need original rabies certificates signed in blue ink). Driving out of state after shipping my car I found this requirement. I called them and they worked with me and went out of their way to get the paperwork mailed overnight to me. Without this I would have had to postpone my flight or had my dog quarantined in hawaii on arival. I want to thank Carie and the rest of the team for their support.
We came to Tandem very unexpectedly. A medical emergency took our beloved fur baby across the Rainbow Bridge. We just moved a week before into the neighborhood.Never having been there,Tandem took us in right away. Compassionate, caring & professional, they did everything possible for our girl. When it was obvious that nothing more could be done, they ensured that we had privacy, all the time that we needed, and a very pain-free passing for our baby. I cannot say enough about the care & compassion we received-as total strangers, never having been there! The entire team at Tandem are amazing, which is why we have made them the vets for our other fur family members.

Dr's were great with my cat peaches & answered my questions. Also very polite & nice. Van was very clean. Also just want to say, when you call you get a real person to talk to
