Pistachio has been coming here since we got her. So glad we found this clinic. Dr. Schuman is the kindest to the dog. She use good positive distraction so my dog feel very comfortable and love to see the doctor. Their response are also very fast and they protect your wallet, doesn't overdo treatments or exams. Sadly I moved out of the state. Would have continued coming here if we still live in the area🥺.
Excellent, would recommend. Really like having a vet I can walk to from home. Only good experiences. Both our cats are brought here. I feel it is an excellent value. Kind thoughtful communicative folks.
Can't say enough positive things about my experience with both a cat and a dog at South Bay Vet. We have gone to both Charles Street and Tremont Street, seen multiple vets and techs over the years, and I have always had a positive experience. They are all so gentle and caring, as well as knowledgable and detailed. They care for the humans as much as the pets! I also feel like their pricing is very transparent which sometimes is not the case with these big chain vets popping up. I can't recommend enough.
