We love everything about West Street Veterinary clinic. From the cheery front desk to the kind, caring techs and the wonderful, knowledgeable Drs, we felt instantly welcomed and cared for. All our questions were thoughtfully answered. Even calls with questions were answered quickly and completely! Truly appreciate the kindness and expertise!

The care that our puppy received over the course of 3 days to treat an unknown GI issue was not only professional but also compassionate. Our puppy wasn't feeling her best and they fit us in 2 days in a row, offered care and support along with medical testing and gave us their undivided attention despite being squeezed in between appointments. All staff, including receptionist, vet techs and vets all took the matter serious, gave us sound medical advice and recommendations and ultimately an emergency vet referral. We got our first dog and it's been wonderful bringing him to West Street. They answer my nine million questions, call back quickly, and are able to refill prescriptions for my elder cat quickly. They had helpful tips for us as our dog has a lot of anxiety and talk about sensitive subjects with more consideration and kindness than I've experienced in other vet offices, especially around my older cat's health. Most importantly, you can tell everyone who works there loves every animal that walks in the door.
