Commonwealth Veterinary Hospital

Commonwealth is the truly the best vet. They were always amazingly accommodating, knowledgeable, communicative, and caring for our dog for the 6 years we lived in Boston.

Having recently moved to Manhattan, we visited multiple vets in NYC about a mass on our dog's back. After biopsies of some smaller lumps, we were told that this larger mass was just another lipoma and did not need biopsy. Concerned about it still, we returned to Commonwealth and we are so glad we did. Dr. Lieberman biopsied the mass the same day, gave us an answer that it was concerning for cancer, and referred us to an appropriate specialist who fit us in to be seen the next day.

I was concerned about my dog's health after returning home from a vacation. Initially, I was thought that she was missing me while I was away, but she did not perk up on my return. We were seen promptly and her problem diagnosed, meds prescribed, and given care instructions and instructions for future follow up if she didn't respond. Thank you for your prompt and compassionate care of my dog and of me.

It's easy to make appointments and in emergency situations, they've been able to get me in same day. It's helpful that they are open Saturdays. My only gripe is, I wish they worked with Chewy pharmacy.
