“Finally getting around to doing this review. The experience was profound. The host, Jeannne Perrault, was nothing but gracious. She ran a drum making class led by Zelda Hotaling who was in herself incredible. After much indecisiveness I finally decided to sign onto the experience despite what I thought was a bit expensive. I was not disappointed. The entire day was nothing less than a spiritual awakening of sorts. Hard to explain. Ya just gotta see for yourself. If I were closer I'd attend Jeanne's Crystal Bowl Meditations, which if you haven't already, need to check into. Amazing experiences await!!“

“My yoga partner and I have had the pleasure of practicing with Teri and her incredible team at Wellness Hot Yoga since the pandemic began, initially through their online classes. The dedication and passion they brought to the virtual space were nothing short of inspiring. This connection deepened further during the unforgettable Costa Rica Retreat in 2023, which prompted us to take a personal retreat at their Haverhill studio.Traveling all the way from the west coast of Canada, we spent a week immersed in the nurturing environment of Wellness Hot Yoga. The experience was absolutely phenomenal. Each day, we participated in one or two yoga classes, each offering a unique blend of challenge and tranquility. The instructors are exceptionally skilled, providing guidance that caters to all levels of experience and ensuring that every session is both invigorating and restorative.Beyond the yoga classes, we indulged in the studio's holistic wellness offerings. The red light therapy was rejuvenating, the float tank provided a profound sense of relaxation, and the massages were expertly delivered, melting away any lingering stress. These services complemented our yoga practice perfectly, enhancing our overall sense of well-being.What truly sets Wellness Hot Yoga apart is the sense of community. The staff, teachers, and fellow students are all incredibly warm and welcoming. There's a genuine sense of camaraderie and support within the studio, making it a haven of positivity and growth. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newcomer, you'll find a place where you belong. In summary, our week at Wellness Hot Yoga's Haverhill studio was an exceptional retreat that left us feeling rejuvenated and inspired. The combination of excellent yoga instruction, top-notch wellness services, and a vibrant community makes it a standout destination for anyone seeking to deepen their practice and enhance their well-being. We can't recommend it highly enough!“

Robins Yoga \\u0026 Healing/Essential R\\u0026R, Tewksbury
Robins Yoga & Healing/Essential R&R Yoga

“I called Robin at the last minute for an appointment, and even though I was a first time client she still agreed to work me in, so long as I was willing to share my time with her 4-month old granddaughter. That worked out much better than I imagined it would. She barely missed a beat between poses while she tended to the baby's needs and then back to mine. If I hadn't been in so much pain going in, I might not have gone for it and would have missed out on a great massage. If you've never had Thai massage, it can most easily be described as passive yoga, but that doesn't really do it justice. Robin's technique and delivery was great, she is very personable, and she wants to make sure your comfortable, yet still getting the full benefit of the treatment. Her prices are VERY reasonable, especially the introductory rate. I just wish her regular sessions offered were longer, but then again, Thai massage takes a lot of physical effort. I'm not into a lot of the traditional eastern healing and Robin didn't make me feel like I had to learn a whole new language or accept a whole new culture just to enjoy my massage. I also took in a yoga class that same evening and the class was small and intimate. It was, as advertised, a beginning yoga class, but I was able to get what I needed from it, as it was geared to novices (from a pose description POV) yet allowed for plenty of stretching and challenge where I needed it. Will I be back? Definitely. Will I encourage friends and strangers to go? You betcha!“

“We celebrated my daughters 6th birthday at Home Yoga yesterday and it was the most beautiful, unique, warm, zen party! The girls had the best time and Nicole (planner & instructor) is amazing! She knows what she is doing and makes it so special!!!! Her journey around the sun with us telling her story from birth to now was so emotional and such a perfect idea! All the moms were crying....the parents had awesome feedback! Something we will all treasure forever. Thanks so much to Nicole for making it the best birthday yet. I will recommend to everyone.“

“This past weekend I experienced a magical retreat lead by Jennifer, the owner of Joy Wellness. My heart has been calling for Kirtan, and her and Joanne filled my cup. Jennifers open heart radiates love to all around her. She embodies her guru Maharji and being with her takes you home to your heart. Eternally grateful for her teachings, her presence, her love. I highly recommend Joy Wellness, Jennifer and her magical retreats to everyone wanting to experience pure JOY (and I am so estatic for kirtan at Joy)“
