I enjoyed a much needed Yoga & Bodywork session with Melissa. Melissa took her time to get to know my background before the session. She tailored a restorative yoga session targeting my specific areas of concern.During the session she made sure I was comfortable and offered guidance on how to sink into the restorative poses. I felt grounded and relaxed for the remainder of the day. I received a detailed written session follow up allowing me to continue the work I started with Melissa on my own. I'm looking forward to my next session.

I had an amazing session with Melissa where she led me through a wonderful yin practice followed up with awesome myofascial release work. She held the space so well for me as yin and stillness are a challenge in my practice. She brought great relief to my stiff neck and shoulder through the bodywork portion of the session.
