Great introduction to yoga for someone who has never done it before. Extremely welcoming atmosphere and Jen the owner is great! Highly recommend you try it out. All levels and types of yoga are practiced. One will fit your interest. Also the facilities are brand new and very pleasing. Great location and access and plenty of parking.
