I've been taking classes here for a couple of months now, and the classes are great, today was the first class of the year with Lynne Avallone and it was just an amazing way to start the year, if you like hot yoga this is the place, lots of options to chose from!!!
At Power Yoga Evolution the instructors are true professionals, expert at what they do and genuinely care about each person that walks through the door. You will be amazed at how welcoming this yoga studio community is. All levels are welcome and there is no judgement. We all support each other!
I have been going to classes at Power Yoga Evolution for four plus years. The teachers are excellent, caring and instruct a great yoga class. There is a mix of classes for more intense yoga flow or stretching. The community is supportive and friendly. If you are looking for a nice yoga studio, give it a try!
