I came to this center with a lot going on in my life. I needed a refuge of positive energy with accepting people. I found that at JOY. The yoga teachers are all wonderful and give fun yet challenging classes. The events such as the women's circle and the Yoga Nidra sound healing are exceptional. I feel reenergized and like I can handle anything when I leave. I will continue to come here for as long as I can and I'm so thankful I was able to lock in the original price. Thank you Jennifer for creating this oasis.

A safe, inclusive, and beautiful space to practice in. Jennifer and the teachers here really honor the philosophies of yoga and providing wellness on all levels - mind, body, and spirit. I highly recommend this space to anyone new to yoga or for those who want to go beyond the physical aspect and tap more into the spiritual side of yoga.

Coming into such a space, I felt immediate peace. From the people to the things that fill it-to the aromas-and the softness. To receive such care by people who know what they are doing—is the ultimate. I can’t think of better place to find tranquility and relax within yourself. Kayla not only paid attention to my needs, but went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable at my prenatal massage. I left feeling so at ease and free of aches and pains. I just love this place so much!
