“Incredible spot to practice. The facilities are clean, friendly, and even as a newbie I never feel out of place. The teachers are incredible. Thought provoking flows and a lovely fostering environment.The online classes are also excellent if you want to practice from home. It is thanks to NH power yoga that my family and I are yogis today.P.S. Lois + Meghan are the best (in my humble opinion!)“

“I was invited to this gym as a friend is a member. She loves it so much so I thought why not give it a try? The facility is beautiful and super clean! The class itself? If you need something to boost your everyday strength training, BURN will seriously do that for you! Great music choices, instructor was very upbeat, overall great class and reallyyyy makes you sweat!“

“I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for the movement group classes but the experience has been amazing. Ken and the rest of the group made me feel welcome and every week we do something different. Ken mixes in his expertise in martial arts with yoga, strength training and meditation. I’ve been able to increase my flexibility, strength and mobility and do things I didn’t think I could. I’ve never felt better. Thank you Ken!“

“With Thanksgiving upon us I felt the need to post today after having another fantastic 26 plus class with Laura today. It was tough and sweaty, just like I like it, but also fun and soul uplifting. Laura practices what she preaches and works as hard in her yoga practice as she asks of her students. Laura is a teacher and a leader-pushing her students to their edge, in a safe and caring way. I am so grateful to Laura and for Sweet Heat!“

“About a year ago, I walked into Banyan Tree for the first time. Out of shape, anxious, and a former rugby player…I didn’t know if yoga would be the right fit for me. From the first moment I entered the studio, I was greeted with welcome, warm instructors and an absolutely genuine and incredible vibe. Inclusive of all body shapes, ages, and abilities, the community at Banyan Tree has allowed me to grow not only as a yogi, but get more fit and calm that anxious mind a little. They are quick to offer accommodations without sacrificing the integrity of the poses and offer encouragement and support. Even when you fall out of your pose, loudly…distracting everyone else in the room. I speak from experience!I can’t say enough about this studio, give it a try. Even if you don’t think you’re the yoga type, Banyan Tree makes it accessible and welcoming for everyone!“

“2022 February vacation In Aruba. I did yoga every morning via zoom with Arielle, Sharon or Sara.I was so excited I could take my makeup class the next day. I started my day with yoga, outside with the tropical breeze ( definitely had me swaying on the standing poses) breathing in ocean air, watching the sun rise was such a blessing. I Loved that I could take my yoga classes with me on vacation. ?❤️?‍♀️⛅️?“

“I have had massage with Carol and found her deep tissue massage to be very thorough. Carols grasp of anatomy was wonderful! She knew right where to go to get my muscles to relax and release their old toxins. Her recommendations for a natural anti -inflammatory was life changing as I am unable to take nsaids. She is thoughtful, kind and compassionate. These qualities along with a thorough knowledge of her massage practice is indeed a winning combination! I would highly recommend a massage with Carol Gaudreau.“

Missy is an A+ instructor, using meditation and different types of yoga each class. I highly recommend trying her Tuesday night class, as well as her other classes throughout the week. “My husband and I attended a workshop called, Quantum Spoon Bending with Ariana Bahret at Moon River Wellness Center. We were surprised to find that we would be participating in the bending of real spoons. Most of the folks bent their spoons within 10 minutes of the exercise.The spoon bending is just a visualization of the effect of channeling your energy. Ariana talked about how to channel that energy to improve your own wellness.We can't wait for the 2 hour class in March.“

Sanjyot’s guidance let’s me enjoy the yoga stretching and aerial silks while loosening up my shoulders. I feel better in the 6 months I’ve been taking classes than I did with 9 months of PT.“
