I can honestly say IV Garden saved my life. I’ve struggled with severely heavy periods my whole life and had been on birth control for 30 years. When my prescription ran out and the one I used was on backorder, I ended up bleeding heavily for over a month. My iron, ferritin, and hemoglobin tanked (ferritin 2, iron 13, hemoglobin 9), and it left me so weak I couldn’t eat, sleep, or function. It even caused swallowing issues so bad I lived on a liquid diet for six weeks. I went through a nightmare of seeing my primary care, two urgent cares, and two emergency departments in New Hampshire—no one would help me. I was brushed off, told “your levels aren’t that low” or “it’s in your head,” even though I felt like I was knocking on death’s door. Two hematologists refused to even see me. I was scared, exhausted, and hopeless—if it wasn’t for my husband during that time, I don’t know what I would have done. Finally, in June, I found IV Garden. From the first consultation with Taylor, I felt heard and cared for. They looked at my labs and had me scheduled for my first iron infusion just two days later. I was terrified because I had never had one before, and I had scared myself reading horror stories online. Elizabeth was the nurse for my first infusion, and she was absolutely amazing—patient, kind, and reassuring, answering every one of my questions (even when I repeated them). She made the whole experience calm and comfortable. Since then, I’ve completed 1,250 mg of Venofer iron infusions. My ferritin has gone up to 46, iron to 47, and hemoglobin to 13. I still have a ways to go, but I feel like I finally got my health and my life back. Taylor, Elizabeth, Molly, and Kelsey (I hope I spelled that right!) are all incredible—welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They make you feel at home the moment you walk in. No one in the medical system here would listen to me, but IV Garden did. I stand firm in saying these ladies saved my life, and I will be a lifelong client. I recommend them with all my heart.

I am always impressed with this salon- they do great work, have great prices and work super fast but diligently so everything comes out perfect. I just think all the women that work here are great at what they do. They also give good thoughtful recommendations if you don’t know what color or shape to get. Gel manicures always last at least 2 weeks but usually 3. Can’t say enough good things about this place. They are so fast and good at what they do!

First lash and brow of Lexington has a very clean and welcoming environment. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and lashes lifted and tinted with Clarissa, and couldn’t have had a better experience. She often checked to see if I was comfortable, and if I needed anything. Her work is just incredible and speaks for itself. I’m extremely happy with how my eyelashes and eyebrows turned out. I found Stephanie when someone I worked with had a really cute, trendy haircut and I asked her who does her hair. I made my first appointment with Stephanie, for myself and my young daughter, and I'm so happy I did! She did an amazing job, knew how to work with our hair and she understood what I wanted. She was also very professional, pleasant and fun to talk with.
20+ years later, I continue to look forward to my appointments with Stephanie. It's so fun to catch up while she does her magic with my hair. She's really good at going with the flow when I want to change up my color or style too! She makes sure our communication of what I want is clear, answers all of my questions, and advises on what will work for my hair too.
Oh, and I get compliments on my hair on a regular basis. She's the best!!

Derek is particularly skilled with deep tissue and fascia work and clearly knows a great deal about how specific muscles and tissues relate to each other. He's significantly improved some of my chronically tight and painful areas and offers sound advice about improving flexibility and strength (if asked). Thank you!!

FIVE STARS for sure! Highly recommend! we just had 4 trees removed in just a few hours including 3 next to our septic tank and carport which were a bit tricky and required extra care! Phil and Nadia provided a quick, professional quote for us. Nadia also reached out to make sure we were happy with the work - makes me feel like more than just a job! Work area was cleaned up, and even stacked some of the trees in one place for us to use for firewood. Great alternative to a bulky crane! Very friendly, and fair pricing! I started seeing Dr Conley at 24 weeks pregnant after experiencing significant back and pelvis pain. I also knew my baby was breech and wanted to make sure he flipped prior to 36 weeks to avoid a potential c section. Dr Conley is highly knowledgeable working with pregnant women and explained her process before each adjustment. Within just a few appointments my back and pelvis pain were so much more manageable despite my growing bump and at 30 weeks an ultrasound confirmed my baby was head down! I plan to continue seeing Dr Conley through the rest of my pregnancy as well as post partum. I highly recommend Alta Chiropractic!
I've seen Dr. Daniels off and on for over a decade because of issues that arise periodically due to an autoimmune condition. I even continued to see him when doing so entailed an hour round trip drive. Why? Because he's unquestionably the best at what he does. When you see him as a patient, you know - literally and figuratively - you are in the best hands. He ensures you are made fully aware of what his approach is and why, and he gives you realistic expectations, plus advice on how to treat yourself after and in between visits. It's becoming all too rare in this day and age for someone to truly put their patients first, but Dr. Daniels is one of those who still does.
We’ve been using Doggie Jogs to walk our two chocolate labs 3x/week since 2021, and we couldn’t be happier. Our boys race across the house when they see the dog walker’s car pull up out front and wait anxiously by the back door with tails wagging. They generally walk with the same walkers who know their unique personalities, quirks, what they like and don’t like. The team is super reliable, friendly, and clearly loves dogs. Most days, other dogs from our neighborhood join the walk, which our dogs love! They not only get a good walk, but social time as well. We’ve also relied on Doggie Jogs for weekend walks when we’ve needed extra coverage, and they’ve always come through. We highly recommend Doggie Jogs to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring dog walkers!
Virginia took great care of my sometimes reactive Pekingese during grooming. The set up of the facility helps maintain the calmness of the dogs. It was refreshing to not hear the dogs (from daycare) barking. My dog seems to really like Virginia and he was not whining or scurrying out of the place like he usually would. Alice knows muscles! She is excellent at teaching you to listen to your body, and gives great care and attention to your feedback as she progresses through the massage. She also listens carefully to your personal health/injury history and uses it to inform and target her massage. She helped release some tight muscles surrounding an old shoulder injury, and gently released significant tension that I was holding in my neck and shoulders. She also educates her patients in habits contributing to muscular health, and has many practical and easily-implemented suggestions. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

After working with Elise for a year now, today I tried cupping for the first time. Elise was very thoughtful and talked me through each step. She released pressure when necessary and was always in communication with me about how I was feeling. Although not intended to be relaxing, cupping is intense but incredibly therapeutic. Together Elise and I are working on an overworked and tender shoulder/scapula and my cupping session was effective and worth the intensity of the session. The cups were clean and sanitized. In my experience, both Sarah & Zach are great with specific things like concussion, energy balance and moods.They tend to use tiny needles. They have lovely, calm energy. And Saffy, whose hours coincide with Zach's, is another, different 'value added.' :)

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Loocie. After the first visit I felt immediate pain relief. I had neck surgery in May 2022 and still have some pain and weakness to work through. The pain radiates down my shoulders and arms. acupuncture has become a regular part of my self care regimen. I also have PCOS and I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall endocrine wellness. It’s also a very relaxing experience, similar to having a massage or hour in a salt room. Dr. Loocie listens to my concerns and teaches me about what is happening in my body and why. It’s incredible the difference this has made in my life in a short period of time. Any time I’m not feeling my best I make an appointment. Steve is incredible. This isn’t a nice relaxing massage that maybe feels good while you’re on the table but once you get off all the problems are the same. This is truly therapeutic bodywork which, while it can be uncomfortable in the moment, actually repairs damage and restores function to address a huge range of health issues.
