I needed a five minute buzz cut. I arrived 10 minutes early, and they were three people cutting hair. The one guy told me I was a little early. He then finished a cut 15 minutes later and disappeared while the other women were doing wash, colors and blow dries. So I waited for 20 more minutes more and then one of the women said the guy went to lunch. The guy didn’t have a common sense or customer service acumen to look around and say something to the only customer waiting there when he knows his co-works we going to be busy for at least 30 more minutes. I have to say Supercuts in Lexington is my new go to for an awesome haircut. I had this very nice woman Chris cut my hair she did a phenomenal job. Best haircut I've ever had. If you want a great cut ask for Chris.

The staff here is so friendly and accommodating. I got my highlights and haircut done here last week from JEANIE, she is a ROCKSTAR!!! She knows what she’s doing. She is fantastic. Just trust her process and you will come out of the store looking all FAB! :DServices: Haircut
