absolutely love Organic Nails! Ever since I started going there, I only book with Tiffany. She is truly amazing and the work she does is incredible every single time. Her hospitality alone will always make you want to come back. Since moving to Lexington, this has been the only nail salon I go to. If you try them out, especially Tiffany, you definitely won’t want to see anyone else!

Got a pedicure here today with my Nana was super impressed with the business they did a great job on our feet and John who helped us both gave fantastic service he was very knowledgeable about his profession the pressure points he used were fabulous unlike any other we have been too and he was very personable in his conversation with us both talking about our family interests and him sharing about his own will definitely be returning to see our new friend in the future, just wanted to make sure I left a great review for them because thats what brought us here 10 out of 10

so amazing, super quick and efficient! Tiffany always does an amazing job with my nails and she’s super friendly. all the staff here does a really good job and i always leave super happy and excited. if you’re looking for a really good place to get your nails done here in Lexington that has good prices and good results, come here!!!
