Michelle is knowledgeable, professional and truly fantastic!The bodywork she does is transformative. I feel that through her capable hands and skillset my body and spirit have greatly improved. Michelle is an expert in myofascial release technique and is focused on her client's overall health and well being. She has an insane amount of knowledge coupled with a great personality. I try to go at least once a month and without fail, I usually have some pain issue (back, hip, knee, neck, etc.). Every time I go in, she can tell by just looking at how I am standing what areas need attention - and she hasn't been wrong yet. Recently however, I was finally able to go in without a pain complaint and was able to get a therapeutic massage.
