My friend was walking with twin newborns up a residential street 25 mile limit and a driver sped about 40 mph behind them, once she gestured the female driver to slow down, driver puts down window and cusses her out!! She is reckless and dangerous, definitely not who i want walking my dogs!!! Plate number 4pya87
