If you're looking for the best care for your fur babies this is where you will find it!“
“Wow - what a great resource. My regular vet couldn’t fit us in for a same day appointment but they recommended Pet Medic Watertown. We got right in (east online) and were treated efficiently, professionally and with warmth and kindness. From front desk, to vet tech, to vet - everyone was wonderful both to my dog and to me. Meds purchased on site - we were in and out in 30 mins. Highly recommend !“

We were greeted by a friendly staff which immediately calmed our nerves. We were cared for quickly and the process was explained so we knew exactly what was going on and how our pup would be cared for.She is better than new because of the incredible care, compassion, and quick work we received at VUCC Dedham.Thank you! We will be forever patients!“

288 Newbury St, Boston“We have been going to Back Bay Vet for all 15+ years of our pug's life and they've been a trusted partner the entire journey. We always feel comfortable we are receiving the best treatment from professionals who care about animals and us.“
“The Highland Team gave our 18 week puppy Harry a warm and thorough welcome to the area and his new home. They listened carefully to all our questions, and the visit was as satisfactory as we had expected from the the positive references.“
“I don't even know how to adequately thank Dr. Jeremy Gransky for his kindness and professionalism with our family. We lost BOTH of our dogs in 2021 to cancer and we were so devastated at the thought of their last act being taken to a sterile and scary animal hospital to be euthanized. We were so lucky to have found these guys. Dr Gransky has a bedside manner that I've never experienced even from human doctors. He tells you everything to expect beforehand, so there are no horrible surprises. He gives your family time to say goodbye as he waits outside in his car. He is just so caring and has figured out EXACTLY what grieving pet families need to start their journey without their pet. The office is so kind and helps make arrangements for cremation (if that's what you want) and they send handwritten sympathy cards and they make sure the cremation process is handled quickly and professionally. I simply cannot recommend these folks enough. We miss our dogs so much still, but instead of anguishing over how they had to spend their last hours, we can cherish the time they got to spend with us at home, feeling safe and loved. There is just no price you can put on something like that.“
“I have been taking my dogs Jack and Neptune to Commonwealth Veterinary Hospital for many years. They provide an exceptionally high level of care. All of the staff and the Vets are compassionate very kind and highly skilled. Dr. Kate Wissel has been our primary vet and I am so grateful for all she has done for my pets. Thank you Commonwealth Veterinary Hospital. A special thanks to Dr. Hawk for making it all happen.“

334 Chestnut St, Needham“I found this place because I had been going to the same Brookline vet group for 17 years and it has steadily been going downhill but I was loyal and don’t like change. When my dog became really sick - I had to find a place that was organized, calm & competent to try and save my dogs life. Ultimately, lily passed away but the wonderful care she received & the kindness that was shown to me was like night and day compared to my previous vet. I can’t believe I waited so long to switch to a different vet / practice. Thank you chestnut hill for doing everything you could for Lilly & I. The receptionist/administrator, vet techs & veterinarians were so nice to us during a very sad and stressful time.“

500 Columbian St, South Weymouth“Dr mertz is great. I've been bringing a variety of animals to him over the last 10+ years. And prices are amazing for the services. I need to call them soon actually to make an appointment for my tortoises to get their nails and beaks trimmed! I've brought chickens here as well. They do take wildlife for rehab. Call first and make sure you go to the correct door for wildlife. It's not the same as the regular vet section. You can also take a tour of the facility. I think it's like 5 for self guided and 10 for a guided one. I always learn something when I'm there“

93 Hyde Park Ave, Boston“Dr. Temple and her team are the best! I’m new to Boston and was yet to establish care for my dog Bentley before he started having problems with his teeth. Dr. Temple made sure I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with a complete dental removal, as Bentley has a heart murmur. The office is clean, modern, & her staff is always friendly. On top of all this prior to visiting Bentley had a medical emergency. I called her office to see if they handled emergency visits, they don’t but gave me a great referral as to where I could take him until his appointment which was so helpful!!“

150 Belmont St, Watertown“We bring our two dogs to Heal. We first brought our younger dog about a year and a half ago after hearing how well the team at Heal handles anxious pups, particularly those who struggle with receiving veterinary care. We've been thrilled with the entire team at Heal from those at the front desk to the techs to veterinarians. The visits at Heal are considerably longer, when needed, than what we experienced at our prior vet clinics. Gone are the days of rushed visits. We now feel more like an active member of our dogs' team, partnering with the vet staff. The team at Heal does a great job managing clinic operations. The clinic environment is generally quiet. Gone are the days of having to sit in a crowded waiting room with anxious/stressed animals. Communication via email pre/post visits has been effective and efficient. Communication about pricing has been clear: for more involved visits or visits with procedures, they have sent us cost estimates in advance of the visit, and, at the time of visits, they have reviewed the bill for that day with us.We travel about 30min to get to Heal--instead driving down the road 10min, to our prior vet clinic--because the care at Heal is worth it.“

Sorbo and Jeffers and all the staff are kind, knowledgable, attentive and very reasonably priced. We've had visits where I don't know how they can possibly cover their expenses. My wife and I have had many dogs over the years and Mill Brook is at the very top of vets we've encountered.“

“I don't think I can say enough positive things about the Boston Cat Hospital!!!I recently moved back to the area in May and needed to find a new vet for my cat. I took a gamble on this one after reading many positive reviews, and wow am I glad I chose this one!!! I only adopted Phoebe back in February, but since then she has seen three different vets, and the care we receive from Dr. Hazzard and all of the staff here. You can tell they really care for each cat and treat them as their own. Phoebe just got back from a dental surgery yesterday (at which she had 8!!! teeth extracted) and already seems to be bouncing back and devouring treats like the little rascal I know she is. Plus, they sent us home with a little photo book documenting the day and filled with before and after pictures— it was such a thoughtful gesture that I really, really appreciated! And on top of everything, I really appreciate how transparent they are when it comes to the expenses. It definitely was something I wanted in a vet and I am so glad the Boston Cat Hospital is able to provide that.To all the staff, thank you so much for taking wonderful care of my girl! I can't recommend this place enough.“
