About Mill Brook Animal Clinic
Mill Brook Animal Clinic, located in Arlington, MA, is a full-service veterinary facility that provides traditional and holistic treatments. They are dedicated to promoting responsible pet ownership and preventative healthcare. The clinic, led by Dr. Sorbo and Dr. Jeffers, is known for their kindness, knowledge, and attentiveness, with fees that are considered reasonable. Many clients have praised the care their pets have received over the years. However, some have noted that the clinic is small and may not be able to accommodate urgent cases. There have been instances where clients were unable to receive advice from a veterinarian over the phone during emergencies, which led to disappointment. Despite this, the clinic is highly regarded by many for their excellent veterinary care.
I highly recommend Mill Brook. Dr. P is amazing.
One of my dogs just had an emergency and they were amazing. We called 15 minutes before close and they still told us to come in. They got to my dog right away and immediately went into action sedating her and taking care of her with such skill and compassion. The entire team that supports Dr P was exceptional from check in to check out. Charlotte was so well taken care of as was I and my daughter. I am so grateful for having such an amazing local resource without having to drive to Woburn to the emergency referral hospital.
I am a regular with Dr. P for physicals but this was my first emergency situation. It just… read full review
Our first visit with our 9 year old golden-doodle Phife was amazing. It was by far the longest visit at an animal hospital we've ever had (I think we were there for about 1.5 hours in total). Dr. P and the technician (Aiden?) were super kind and patient with all of our questions. He even helped us collect Phife's urine sample outside! Definitely an expensive trip but I've also never been to a visit which wasn't at other clinics either.
I've been going to Mill Brook for the past 5+ years, through all the recent personnel changes, and one thing has always been true- they are caring, thorough, and thoughtful. They are always willing to take the time to answer any questions I might have, and I know they adore my pup and only want what's best for him. During his most recent procedures (which were fairly extensive), I never felt pressured to do more/less than what I thought was necessary after getting all the facts from Dr. P. and Dr. Suzanne. I also find it very helpful that they can do everything at this location- echos, ultrasounds, dental work, etc- it makes it very convenient!
