“I use a wheelchair and the building and exam rooms are spacious and accessible. There is even a low section of counter that I can see over in reception. I don’t know about the restroom.The staff seem happy. I’ve worked in veterinary before and realize how important this is. The exam takes place in the room which is also important to me. My dog likes the doctor and techs. During the exam, my knowledge of my dog’s health was augmented, not dismissed. My concerns and observations were taken seriously as a layman. I have not had to correct any records, indicating good care is taken with histories.I have to use transportation workarounds due to not having my own van and everyone has been accommodating of this. The cost is in line with urban prices, not super high or low. Overall, it’s one of the lowest stress animal hospitals I’ve been to.“

“We had a great experience taking our kitty here. Everyone was super nice and friendly! Upfront about cost and making sure we approved treatment before anything was done. Love that you can make an appointment and see wait times online. We were even seen early. Highly recommend if you need to take your pets to urgent care. So thankful for the care that was provided to us. ?“
