176 Willard St, Quincy“I absolutely love this vet, and am so surprised to see such a low rating. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here with both the techs and vets we've seen. Yes, their prices are high, but when it comes to my pet I would rather pay for top notch service than budget for something cheaper. I have called numerous times just with questions about if my dog should be seen and have been told what to do over the phone rather than come in for an appointment. If they really did only care about money, they could've easily advised me to come in and collect. However they truly care about the animals they see. The techs all love my dog and always want to make her feel comfortable (she gets very nervous) and have found their care to be excellent. I would recommend this vet to anyone!“
“The Vets visited my girlfriend's house and took very good care of her cat and performed all the necessary actions that my girlfriend mentioned to them“

288 Newbury St, Boston“We have been going to Back Bay Vet for all 15+ years of our pug's life and they've been a trusted partner the entire journey. We always feel comfortable we are receiving the best treatment from professionals who care about animals and us.“
“I don't even know how to adequately thank Dr. Jeremy Gransky for his kindness and professionalism with our family. We lost BOTH of our dogs in 2021 to cancer and we were so devastated at the thought of their last act being taken to a sterile and scary animal hospital to be euthanized. We were so lucky to have found these guys. Dr Gransky has a bedside manner that I've never experienced even from human doctors. He tells you everything to expect beforehand, so there are no horrible surprises. He gives your family time to say goodbye as he waits outside in his car. He is just so caring and has figured out EXACTLY what grieving pet families need to start their journey without their pet. The office is so kind and helps make arrangements for cremation (if that's what you want) and they send handwritten sympathy cards and they make sure the cremation process is handled quickly and professionally. I simply cannot recommend these folks enough. We miss our dogs so much still, but instead of anguishing over how they had to spend their last hours, we can cherish the time they got to spend with us at home, feeling safe and loved. There is just no price you can put on something like that.“

400 S Main St, Randolph“We have been going to Randolph Animal Hospital for over 20 years now and it is an exceptional place. Dr. Harrington and her team are experienced, knowledgeable, well-trained, patient and compassionate. Many times over the years they have gone above and beyond to help us out in tough moments. In between they have provided excellent regular care and prevention. If there were more stars I would award them all.“

500 Columbian St, South Weymouth“Dr mertz is great. I've been bringing a variety of animals to him over the last 10+ years. And prices are amazing for the services. I need to call them soon actually to make an appointment for my tortoises to get their nails and beaks trimmed! I've brought chickens here as well. They do take wildlife for rehab. Call first and make sure you go to the correct door for wildlife. It's not the same as the regular vet section. You can also take a tour of the facility. I think it's like 5 for self guided and 10 for a guided one. I always learn something when I'm there“
“We had a great experience taking our kitty here. Everyone was super nice and friendly! Upfront about cost and making sure we approved treatment before anything was done. Love that you can make an appointment and see wait times online. We were even seen early. Highly recommend if you need to take your pets to urgent care. So thankful for the care that was provided to us. ?“

93 Hyde Park Ave, Boston“Dr. Temple and her team are the best! I’m new to Boston and was yet to establish care for my dog Bentley before he started having problems with his teeth. Dr. Temple made sure I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable moving forward with a complete dental removal, as Bentley has a heart murmur. The office is clean, modern, & her staff is always friendly. On top of all this prior to visiting Bentley had a medical emergency. I called her office to see if they handled emergency visits, they don’t but gave me a great referral as to where I could take him until his appointment which was so helpful!!“

Yesterday, I made a last minute appointment as I realized my senior cat likely needed to be euthanized. 3840 Washington St Ste 1, Jamaica Plain“I don't think I can say enough positive things about the Boston Cat Hospital!!!I recently moved back to the area in May and needed to find a new vet for my cat. I took a gamble on this one after reading many positive reviews, and wow am I glad I chose this one!!! I only adopted Phoebe back in February, but since then she has seen three different vets, and the care we receive from Dr. Hazzard and all of the staff here. You can tell they really care for each cat and treat them as their own. Phoebe just got back from a dental surgery yesterday (at which she had 8!!! teeth extracted) and already seems to be bouncing back and devouring treats like the little rascal I know she is. Plus, they sent us home with a little photo book documenting the day and filled with before and after pictures— it was such a thoughtful gesture that I really, really appreciated! And on top of everything, I really appreciate how transparent they are when it comes to the expenses. It definitely was something I wanted in a vet and I am so glad the Boston Cat Hospital is able to provide that.To all the staff, thank you so much for taking wonderful care of my girl! I can't recommend this place enough.“
“Great care for cats and dogs. We have been going there for years. Dr. Webber is very ca r ing for both you and your animals.“
