I’ve had some truly awful tenants in the past—looked like they’d been ice skating on my hardwood floors, leaving deep, sharp gouges. I know I should’ve fixed it right away, but I waited a few years, which only made the damage worse.
The hardwood floors are original and they’d already been sanded several times, so I thought they were beyond saving. Martin assured me there was still life left in them—and he was right. Kevin took our Master bedroom, and transformed it to have an on-suite master bathroom. He was always in communication with scheduling, and when things in the field popped up that required any changes to plan, He always kept us in the know. He provided his expertise but allowed us to make the final decision to make sure we ended up with our dream bathroom. In the end, we got a perfect bathroom that came in right on budget!

Never once did I feel like Kevin was trying to take advantage or take short cuts which is always the first concern with any large projects like this. He was always available via phone, and still is even after completion! We cannot wait to get River City back in for the next project.“

Kelly Property Services was the most respectful, professional, and kindest group of workmen I have ever had in my home. Before the construction began, they went house to house to go over in great detail what the work would entail and what we needed to do to prepare. They went above and beyond their job description to help us move furniture and get our homes ready for the inside work. Once the inside work started, we barely knew they were there. They worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently, and finished faster than we ever imagined. It is infuriating that one household who treated them disrespectfully and with verbal abuse and outrageous demands posted a negative review that in no way reflects Kelly Property Services. This couple was so horrid to the workmen from Kelly that they refused to enter their home without somebody from the Management company present. They have also been mean and insulting to other residents at association meetings. Please ignore any comments from these awful people. I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly Property and guarantee that you will be thrilled to work with them.“
