We recently worked with Mark for a complete attic renovation (converting a storage-only attic into two BR, a full bath, and bonus room). We had a great experience working with Mark and his team. Mark was very accommodating and helped us minimize the impact that out renovation had on our neighbors. Using his extensive experience, he provided a lot of additional input on aspects of our design that we had not considered and these changes really helped us maximize the space. We’ve been happy customers of Mark W. Quigley General Contracting for 25+ years, here in Boston and in Newton. He and his team have just completed a total bathroom renovation in our 1950 Cape, and last year, replaced ten windows. This was the 5th project we’ve done with Mark, and with good reason; once a project has commenced, his guys show up every day, on time, and put in a full day. They, and all his sub-contractors are super nice to work with, prompt, professional and respectful of your property. We highly recommend Mark and his excellent team.
