Lockwood Construction Company Inc
“Jim has helped with three projects now. Big or small he comes through with fast, extremely high quality work. This last one he and his team replaced our entire 100yr old slate roof (with new slate he sourced from the same quarry as the original), repointed the chimneys, all new sub roof, rubber roofs, copper work, new gutters, painting and stucco repairs. His esthetics are meticulous and thoughtful. He thinks about the budget, the history of the property and the client. He is easy to work with, clear, straight forward and professional. He gets the best tradesmen/women. He is worth every penny and he backs up his work.
The two previous projects were an emergency to address a leaking bathroom on a tight budget and insulation of our whole house. Super helpful, great work. Absolutely 5 stars.”
