“I highly recommend this company, specifically Seamus was the one who helped us! Here are the outstanding points for their service: 1. Communication and speed -- I left my original request for service thru text on Mon afternoon, and got an initial response on the same day. Judd was able to send his team to us the next day, and that is in the middle of summer rush of requests. Prior to that, all companies I talked to were giving me 3 plus weeks of lead time. 2. Complicated issue -- we had a new condenser installed by a different company, that was not able to make it work due to the difficulties accessing the indoor unit, that was installed in a closet. We then had another technician attempting to solve the issue for us and failing. It was a challenge to find a company that was willing to deal with this mess. We got multiple rejections, saying they are not willing to deal with someone else's unfinished work. Dalicandro's team not only accepted the challenge, but also assured us that they can resolve the issue end to end, even if it requires out of the box thinking and opening the wall to access the indoor unit. 3. Accuracy of diagnosis and successful repair -- Seamus was very clear about all the steps that were executed to diagnose the issue. They were systematic and logical and found the culprit in the indoor unit. It turned out to be a plugged metering device. They successfully replaced it and we had working system in the same day!
