I called the service for Viet Citron restaurant in Burlington. Jim called me back at noon on the same day and said he could send someone around 2pm. Scott showed up at 1:30pm, super nice guy and very thorough in checking and explaining to us why it's having issues. He even tought me and my staff how to properly clean and maintain my ice machine so we don't have to call them back in the future. Best equipment service ever and much appreciated for the advices. Money well spent and I will call them for future refrigeration services. Thank you guys!
I had a problem with my walk-in freezer. I have called two companies and paid lots of money and no one was able to fix it. Yesterday I called Patriot Mechanical Services, and after briefly describing the issue, they said they will have someone contact me right away. Within 30 minutes the owner himself called me and discussed the issue and understood the exact problem. One hour later a technician came to the restaurant, with a professional attitude and attire. He started searching for the problem right away, and when he explained the issue he knew what he was talking about and he wasn’t guessing like other companies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND... I am a homeowner in Wrentham. I've owned multiple homes and dealt with multiple HVAC companies in the greater Milford / Wrentham / Franklin area. In my case, AC went down and I called Patriot on a Saturday morning... The owner Jim responded in 20 minutes... He and his team are absolute professionals; Knowledgeable, courteous, respectful... I've dealt with so many HVAC companies over the years, I now have my "Go To" team. Can't recommend highly enough.
