“Been a great experience so far with both Pelvic Floor PT that I have seen.The customer service can be a little slower to get back to you though. Also no receptionist for you to call in case you were running late.The call center always has a long wait, at least 30-45 mins, so no point waiting or leaving VM if you want to tell your PT you are running late or if you have an urgent question/concern.Otherwise the experience with the PT was top notch. They have been thorough, knowledgeable and always enthusiastic to help me.The center is pretty big with pools, gym, various therapies. Lots of parking and also a nice area to sit outside while you wait, when the weather is good.“
