New England Sanding was outstanding in terms of performance, timelines, flexibility and turnaround time. We had a very rigid timing window after we arrived to NH but before our furniture arrived. Sam was able to accommodate that and at a reasonable price. No upfront deposits, just paid them after the last coat.
The color, smoothness and glossiness (not too shiny/slippery yet very smooth) were perfect. We left the baseboards the old darker color and the sanders were able to go right up to the baseboards without scratching them. See before and after images.

Sam gave us detailed pictures throughout the process and answered all questions! Our floors had a lot of water and pet damage and the transformation was incredible. Minimal dust cleanup after as well. Stenio even went out of his way to clarify how we wanted stairs done to make sure everything looked perfect!
