“We recently worked with Mark for a complete attic renovation (converting a storage-only attic into two BR, a full bath, and bonus room). We had a great experience working with Mark and his team. Mark was very accommodating and helped us minimize the impact that out renovation had on our neighbors. Using his extensive experience, he provided a lot of additional input on aspects of our design that we had not considered and these changes really helped us maximize the space. “We're so glad that we went with Hancock for the job! It's been wonderful to be able to stretch out into the new space. Bedtime for the kids has been going so much better now that they have their own rooms and we love how the rest of the spaces turned out. We've very much appreciated the consideration that Darrell, Kevin, and the team have had with helping to accommodate the family living in half of the house while the project was going on. That was really the only way that we could have afforded the project. I'm definitely still amazed that it was able to be done in the short span of time. Even our dog is in love with her expanded domain. “I just recently used Wicked Smart Exteriors to replace a roof and gutters on my property. I did some pretty extensive price shopping and ultimately Ryan was willing to work with me and find the right price. Ryan was incredibly easy to work with right from the start. He was responsive via email and phone and never once was pushy.During the installation, I noticed a few things that needed to be fixed and Ryan and his team were able to resolve them without an issue. After they completed the job, I noticed one of the exhaust vents on the roof was slightly slanted and I waited to pay them until that was completed. They were able to get to it within the week when the weather permitted and resolved the issue.What was most incredible to me was that most contractors finish the job and barely even give you the time to inspect the work. Ryan was not pushy at all for payment and was professional throughout the entire process. On top of all of that, their quality of work seemed really great. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them again for any exterior work I need. “Jim and his crew were phenomenal! They are prompt, professional, and all business. We hired Premiere Roofing to redo the entire roof of our 1870s Colonial and, wow, they did an amazing job. Jim laid out the exact timeline of when the new roof tiles would be delivered, when the gutters would show up, when the dumpster would get dropped off, and when his team could do the work. He was easy to get ahold of and excellent at communicating, unlike so many other contractors I've worked with! Jim and his guys worked from 7:00am to 5:30pm on Friday -- they continued working even after it was dark, wearing headlamps! They worked fast but carefully and thoroughly. I cannot emphasize how hard the Premiere Roofing team worked on our house! And when they weren't able to 100% finish the project in one day, they showed up first thing Saturday morning to quickly finish what they couldn't do on Friday night. I was so impressed. Our new roof and gutters look awesome, and the team did such a solid job cleaning up the roof debris in our yard that you'd never know they just tore off and replaced our entire roof! Thank you, Jim and team!“

“Alex and team were fantastic to work with. They helped replace drywall and plaster after water damage in our bedroom. Then they repainted the bedroom, trim, doors. We liked them so much that we asked them to pain the bathroom walls and cabinets as well and fix some water damage in there. They were very communicative and strove for perfection in all they did. They did not hesitate to fix and do things differently as we saw fit. We haven't yet hired them for other jobs in the house and, after talking with Alex, they will be first on our contact list for many different repairs since they have such versatile experience both on patios, decks, and inside!“
