Been a great experience so far with both Pelvic Floor PT that I have seen.The customer service can be a little slower to get back to you though. Also no receptionist for you to call in case you were running late.The call center always has a long wait, at least 30-45 mins, so no point waiting or leaving VM if you want to tell your PT you are running late or if you have an urgent question/concern.Otherwise the experience with the PT was top notch. They have been thorough, knowledgeable and always enthusiastic to help me.The center is pretty big with pools, gym, various therapies. Lots of parking and also a nice area to sit outside while you wait, when the weather is good.

Dana Williams was my therapist at Clough Family Rehab. At age 70 I've had more than my share of adventures and misadventures that have necessitated the use of over a dozen different physical therapists over the decades. Dana's depth of knowledge, level of care and listening skills places her at the top of my list. Additionally, all the interactions I had with Clough's support staff were professional and efficient.

I highly recommend The Clough Family Center for Rehabilitation. It is a sophisticated and nice facility. the staff, therapists as well as administration, are very friendly, respectful and understanding. Our daughter with multiple physical therapy issues, is receiving her therapies there and her physical therapist, Tamara Alie, is doing an amazing job. Tamara is very knowledgeable and extremely understanding and patient. she does enjoy working with pediatric population. One another quality I really like is that the therapists would not be shy to ask for another physical therapist's opinion and consult each other if they need to, it is like you are having a second opinion...read full review
