I have had facials at Hidden Gem Spa for the past year now. I feel so lucky to have found them because I have been many other places over the years but never found one this amazing! The services are done with such care and attention to detail. I am an RN and can honestly say that I am impressed with the cleanliness and comfort they provide for their clients. Pallavi provides her clients with only the best products and treatments. I highly recommend that anyone who wants to invest in their wellness and quality of life make an appointment at Hidden Gem Spa! I am now booked to have an appointment for my hair here and I can't wait!

Quiet, clean, comfortable, plenty of parking, efficient service. I had one of the best 90 min facials with a back massage to start with Pallavi. I fell asleep intermittently which I never do. It was incredibly relaxing. My skin looks and feels amazing! Highly recommend and I will be back.

I moved to Concord a year ago and only just getting around to trying out Hidden Gem Spa. I’m kicking myself for not coming here sooner. I received a 1.5 hour facial which was way more than a facial. It was a back, arm and shoulder massage as well. I was totally relaxed and at peace thanks to Laura’s top notch service. She was so kind and helped with suggestions for my skin going forward. I also had the pleasure of meeting Maddie (at the front desk) who was so friendly & helped me book the appt as well. Everyone here is a gem of a person.
