“A&A did a great job replacing the rubber roof over my sunroom. In estimating the job, Sean spotted potential problems that other contractors missed. It cost a little more, but the additional work will extend the life of the rest of my home’s roof.

When the crew arrived for the job, they took special care to ensure that our flower garden was not harmed. The crew was efficient removing and disposing of the old roofing. When the roofing was stripped it revealed rot on some of the underlying structure, Eric, the crew leader showed me the damage and explained what it would take to fix the problem. The contract covered such a contingency The job was supposed to take a day but the additional extended the work time. None the less, Aurel and the crew stayed until the job was done—a 12 hour day!

Everything was cleaned up at the end. The roof looks great.

“Martin is a miracle worker, I tell you! He was recommended to me by a friend after another company kept pushing back my appointment.
I’ve had some truly awful tenants in the past—looked like they’d been ice skating on my hardwood floors, leaving deep, sharp gouges. I know I should’ve fixed it right away, but I waited a few years, which only made the damage worse.

The installation was executed to the highest standard. In addition to installing air handlers and condensers, we upgraded our attic spaces with spray foam insulation and replaced old plastic "accordion" style ductwork with new insulated sheet metal throughout the house. A ductless cassette was also installed in the great room, perfectly suited for the space and almost imperceptible.
I cannot commend the specialty crews enough for their professionalism. They were punctual, neat, and exceptionally skilled, and their friendly demeanor made the experience even better. The project was completed on time and within budget, and the post-installation support has been excellent.

“NEDC completed remodeled our bathrooms about nine years ago, and they have held up great. But recently one of the rollers on the shower door broke. I contacted them just to see if they could identify the parts we neeeded and where to get them, but they went much further, finding the part and vendor in their records, working with the vendor to find a replacement, and had it sent to our house (at no cost). I was able to do the repair myself, but NEDC made it clear they would send someone to help if needed. It's a big relief to know that even after 10 years, as things age and wear out, we can go back to NEDC for help keeping things like new.“
