Manny and his crew did a great job replacing our roof and re-pointing our chimney. He made sure to go over every detail when he came across anything out of the ordinary. My house is very old and we always find something. The property was spotless when they were finished after 2 days.
We were very happy with our roof! Manny was
very responsive and did the estimate right away. His team was able to do the roof in less than a week and finished in one day! The quality is outstanding and they cleaned up every single piece of debris. Definitely recommend - Manny is a pleasure to work with and very professional.
I waited to do this review because I wanted to see how my new roof did in the winter. With my old roof, whole sections of shingles would come sliding off with each Nor’easter, and it leaked. My new roof from De La Rosa weathered the season just great. No leaks, no missing shingles, etc.
I think the most impressive thing was the precision with which the team worked. They showed up at seven and were out by five. Everything got done in one day. When they left, aside from the new roof, you’d never really know they were there to begin with. No nails were left in the grass or the sidewalk. One guy put a foot through a screen and it was fixed the next day.
